This category includes: IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
2.2 Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary submission of messages via the contact form involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email address and any other personal data included in the message, which are necessary to respond.

Personal data may be shared with:
- Technical service providers: hosting provider, CMS systems (WordPress)
- Google LLC (USA) β Google Analytics 4, Google Maps, YouTube, Google Ads β extra-EU transfer covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. β Facebook/Instagram Pixel β not currently active; if activated, the transfer will be covered by appropriate safeguards
- Public authorities, in cases provided for by law
Data is not sold to third parties.
5. Transfers Outside the EU
Some of the providers listed in section 4 transfer data to third countries (in particular the USA). Such transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR, and/or the EU-USA Data Privacy Framework.
